Call for Papers

Prospective authors from India and abroad are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference.

Length of paper: Minimum 6 pages and maximum 10 pages. Papers need to be submitted in the docx format.

All papers are double blind reviewed.

The ASE'2023 organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions will be rejected.

A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the reviewers for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favorable response from the conference organizers. ASE'23 doesn’t encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.

Authors should submit their papers online. We use EasyChair system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on the EasyChair to log in. For clarifications, contact Nirpex Patel (+91-8511128313). 

Please upload your full length paper through the EasyChair system. Please include the name of the authors, affiliation, and contact number at the top of the full length paper.

Note:   

The Conference will check plagiarism for all the articles before prior publication. If the plagiarism content is observed by the Technical Committee, peer reviewers or by editors at any stage of the publication process at the time of editing or proofreading will be informed to author to rewrite the manuscript.

We also check for plagiarism and research fabrication (using Turnitin license software) and reserve the right to use plagiarism detecting software to screen submitted papers at all times; falsification (manipulation of existing research data, tables, or images). In accordance with the code of conduct we will report any cases of suspected plagiarism or duplicate publishing.

In any case if the submitted original manuscript is more than 10% plagiarized then the article will be rejected and the same will be notified to the author.
